CONVEYOR BELT VK31

SLIDING

The VK31 conveyor belt moves on an anti-friction plastic outline secured on stainless steel rails. The whole system is fastened to the structure by means of weld plates.

STRUCTURE

The spiral is provided with a structure completely made of stainless steel, solid, simple, and easy to clean. It is also equipped with adjustable supports in order to arrange it on a possible uneven floor.

SINGLE-ENGINE TOWING

The towing system consists of a gearmotor, stainless steel axles, swivelling cast iron supports, and gear wheels made of plastic material to start the chain.

SENSOR EQUIPMENT

The spiral has, on every level, a capacitive sensor to prevent potential problems. This system guarantees a quick response to any sort of inconvenience. Besides, at the request of the customer, control sensors for the product can be installed at the entrance of the spiral.
