Large Spiral Mixer | Forni Master Plus 300kg

Minium Dough handling is 27kg
On request it can be built entirely in stainless steel.
Spiral tool and bowl are in stainless steel.
The ascent and descent of the head and the hooking-unhooking of the tank trolley are automated by a hydraulic circuit.
Bowl rotation via single or double transmission wheel (1 for the 160-200 kg model and 2 for the 250-300 kg model).
The Master Plus is available for doughs from 160kg to 300 kg.
Spiral motor and bowl motor managed by inverter. With this solution, instead of having only two mixing speeds, multiple speeds can be selected. Thanks to the inverter there is also total control of power peaks, avoiding overheating and damage to the motor itself.
Additional Bowls and Bowl Lifter/Tipper are also available
